6. One of the major rights in the United States is freedom of religion.
7. One of the main barriers to gay marriage in our nation is religious beliefs.
8. Some individuals consider gay marriage unnatural.
9. The purpose of this bill is to establish the idea that all marriages should be viewed as a
10. civil union between two people regardless of sex and to promote equlaity in all aspects of marriage. 11. Section 3: Eligibility
12. All U.S. citizens regardless of sexual orientation
13. All same-sex couples
14. All humans who undergo sexual surigical alterations due to being physically different from their genetic sex. 15. Section 4: Terms and Benefits
16. Legalize gay marriage.
17. Create a public service announcement that promotes same-sex marriage.
18. Create a program through the Department of Justice that is specifically designed
19. to enforce the law for same-sex marriage. 20. Section 5: Administration
21. This program will be administered by the Department of Justice.
